Single vision contact lenses, spherical or aspheric, are a rounded design of contact lenses, which correct myopia (nearsightedness) or hypermetropia / hyperopia (farsightedness). Spherical lenses have an even curvature. Aspherical contacts have varying curvatures, claiming a crispier vision.
