How do I cancel or change my order

You can cancel or change your order anytime prior to shipment. Simply contact us at 0800 249 4219 with your cancellation or order change request and we will happily assist you. Please note that we dispatch all order by 1:00 pm, so your request should be made before 1:00 pm.

How can I return my order

My prescription has changed, can I exchange my old contacts

If your prescription changes we can exchange any unopened contact lens boxes, that have been purchased from us within the last year. Learn how this works.

Do I need a contact lens prescription?

Although we recommend having a valid prescription before ordering contacts online, we don’t require you to send it over. Before ordering you should ensure your contact lens prescription is up-to-date and only purchase the contacts prescribed.
