How do I know if I am eligible for returning my old contacts?
In order for you to be eligible for the 365 there are a few things you need to know:
- You must have bought your prescription contact lenses from Lentiamo.co.uk within the last 365 days
- Only unopened packages that are in the original condition can be accepted upon returning
- If any of the products is discontinued it is still possible to exchange it for the new product which is replacing it as stated to us by the manufacturer. In this case, we recommend consulting your optician before switching to new contacts. Only registered optometrists, contact lens opticians and medical practitioners can fit contact lenses.
- The guarantee may also include cosmetic coloured lenses, solutions, eye drops and accessories marked with the replacement guarantee logo. For these products, please contact our customer service team for approval at 0800 249 4219 or send an email at info@lentiamo.co.uk.
Are there any costs involved in returning the old contacts using the 365 guarantees?
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items by post or courier. We recommend that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage.
Please note that we do not refund any difference in the cost of the replacement lenses. You can either use up the whole amount of the original lenses or the difference will be added to your Lentiamo.co.uk account as a credit to be used in future purchases.
