Hi Amanda, I would contact your doctor for him/her to let you know of your correct prescription for your lenses. They should easily be able to tell you the correct parameters by phone. Thank you!

You say these are multifocal lenses suitable for presbyopia, but on the prescription parameters selection, there is no "add" section, or any general indication eg low, medium, or high ?

Hi Drum, The “add” selection is already included in these particular lenses. Here is what they say about it on the website… “Near boost in the non-dominant eye to optimizes near and intermediate vision and maintain binocularity; accommodates patients up to +2.50 ADD.” Thanks!

Why does the order form on the website not include a place to say which eye is dominant?

      Hi George,

Thank you for your comment. You are the one deciding which one is the dominant one when you introduce the parameters.
