Details of Proclear 1 Day Multifocal CooperVision (30 lenses)
The addition (ADD) is not indicated in these contact lenses, as it is for other multifocal contacts. The manufacturer states that these multifocal contact lenses are intended for wearers with an addition of up to +2.50. If the addition is required, the distance value is adjusted for both eyes. Please note that these contact lenses should not be ordered without a consultation with the optician.
CooperVision's Proclear 1 day multifocal lenses guarantee perfect vision at all distances, making them ideal for presbyopia correction. They are made from Omafilcon A, a material that ensures the eyes stay hydrated throughout the day.
Most often sold with eye drops Refresh 15 ml.

My prescription says diameter 14.10 and base curve 8.60. Is this compatible with lenses shown as 14.2 and 8.7?

Hello,
It is not advisable to try lenses that don't correspond exactly to your prescription. We also suggest the customer buys lenses that have been tested by wearing a trial pair, provided by their Doctor/optician.
Best regards, Fabrizio

Hello.5 for each eye)? And do I use the 'Sphere' figures and / or the 'Cylinder' ones?

Hi, these lenses are with power only. If you have on your prescription add and/or cylinder, that means that you need a different type of lenses – multifocal, toric or multifocal toric.

Hi, I would contact your doctor for him/her to let you know of your correct prescription for your lenses. They should easily be able to tell you the correct parameters by phone. Thank you!

You say these are multifocal lenses suitable for presbyopia, but on the prescription parameters selection, there is no "add" section, or any general indication eg low, medium, or high ?

Hi, The “add” selection is already included in these particular lenses. Here is what they say about it on the website… “Near boost in the non-dominant eye to optimizes near and intermediate vision and maintain binocularity; accommodates patients up to +2.50 ADD.” Thanks!

Why does the order form on the website not include a place to say which eye is dominant?

Hi,
Thank you for your comment. You are the one deciding which one is the dominant one when you introduce the parameters.
