The UV filter in contact lenses increases the protection of the cornea from the dangerous ultraviolet radiation. However, lenses do not cover the entire eye or eye area, so the combination of contact lenses that have a UV filter and sunglasses is the ideal protection against harmful UV rays.

Can you explain the difference between High and Low, please? I was prescribed Low by my optician a few years ago, but it is beginning to get harder to read smaller text with the lenses in now. Does that mean I should move to High?

Hello, thank you for your comment.
For the Biotrue ONEday for Presbyopia, Low addition means the parameters from +0.75D to +1.50D, and High is from +1,75D to +2.50D.
We always recommend consulting with the doctor before ordering any new products.
Have a wonderful day,

Hello Stuart,
I'm not supposed to suggest lenses…but this is the link for CooperVision
multifocal dailies:
https://www.lentiamo.co.uk/…l/daily.html
You should check all the parameters and the water/oxygen percentages, to make
sure they are as close as possible to the Biofinity lenses you
normally wear.
If you have any more queries, please contact me at info@lentiamo.co.uk
Best regards, Fabrizio
