Credit card payment at a collection point?
Question: Is it possible to pay by card at a collection point?
Reply: Hello, unfortunately it’s not possible to pay by card there because the pharmacy is only a contracted collection point where you can pick up your order. The whole accounting, reclaims and everything else about the order is not processed by the pharmacy but our e-shop. That’s why it’s not possible to use payment terminal of the pharmacy. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery to collection point?
Question: Hello, how will I know when my order is ready at the collection point??? Can I go there tomorrow morning?
Reply: Hello, if you chose the option of picking up your order in person at a collection point, please wait – once the parcel is delivered there, you will be notified by an SMS and email. No need to go there before then as it means your parcel is not ready yet and it would be just a waste of your time.
Updating your delivery address
Question: How do I change the delivery address?
Reply: To change the delivery address, simply contact customer service either by e-mail or by phone, and they can change it, if the parcel has not been dispatched yet.
Delivery within the EU only
Question: Do you mail contact e to the US?
Reply: Hello, No, we do not ship to the United States. We are a European based company and ship only throughout the EU. Thank you!
Question: How long does it normally take from dispatch to home delivery in the uk
Reply: For orders placed before 1PM, they will be dispatched that day. If using delivery by Royal Mail 2nd class, the order will reach you within 2–3 working days (excluding Saturday). If using UPS, the order will reach you the next working day (excluding Saturday).
