Returns policy

You can return any products you ordered from us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your order confirmation. Unless your product is faulty, we can only accept contact lenses, solutions, eye drops and accessories in their full, unbroken packaging.

How to make a return

1) Let us know when you want to make a return

Send an email to returns@lentiamo.co.uk letting us know you want to return your order. This has to be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you prefer calling, give our customer care team a call and let us know about your return over the phone. Call 0800 249 4219 f­or free.

2) Package it up and send it off

Once you have sent us your statement of withdrawal, return your products to us as soon as possible. Make sure that the products are packaged properly (it’s best not to use a normal envelope) so they don’t get damaged during delivery. Please also attach a printout of your order confirmation. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of postage and packaging if any extra charges are applied.

3) Sit back, relax and wait for your refund.

We will return the money to your bank account within 14 days of your return arriving at our returns and refunds department.

Sunglasses Returns & Replacement

SPECIAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC ITEMS 10.12 In the case of contract termination, sunglasses must be sent back to the seller’s address in their original condition, including accessories such as cleaning cloth and case, as well as undamaged packaging – paper or plastic packaging, stickers, labelling and the Certificate of Authenticity. For a full purchase price refund, all gifts and bonus products bought with points received form the purchase must be returned as well. The buyer must make sure the sunglasses are delivered safely; sunglasses must be returned to the sender’s address in appropriate wrapping to prevent damage. Should the sunglasses or case/accessories be damaged or missing, the seller reserves the right to offer only a partial or no refund, depending on the extent of the damage, as evaluated by the seller. The order number of the returned sunglasses must be written on the parcel, not the item packaging, to prevent any delay when identifying the sender.

According to the law on sales registration, the seller is obliged to issue and provide receipts for all clients. It is also obligatory for the seller to register the sale with the tax administrator with no delay, within 48 hours in case of technical failure.
