How to select parameters?
Power (PWR/SPH)
Power or sphere refers to the refractive power of the contact lens. Look for a plus (+) or minus (-) sign. Note that an equals sign (=) may be used in place of a minus sign.
- dioptres are for problems with near vision (far-sightedness)
+ dioptres are for problems with distance vision (near-sightedness)
Curvature (BC)
The base curve describes the curvature of the contact lens surface, i.e. how well the lens fits the shape of your eye.
Diameter (DIA)
The diameter is the width of the contact lens (measured in millimeters). It is not recommended to select a new diameter size without first consulting your optician. Diameter impacts the fit, comfort and functionality of your lenses.
Cylinder (CYL)
The cylinder measurement is used for the correction of astigmatism. It is a negative value that corrects curvature of the cornea.
Cylinder Axis (AX)
The cylinder axis measurement is used for the correction of astigmatism. The value ranges from 0° - 180° and determines the exact position of corneal curvature.
Addition (ADD)
Addition is the difference between the dioptric value for distance vision and the dioptric value for near vision. It indicates the magnifying power in multifocal lenses.

Each pack contains 30 lenses of the same power. In case you have different dioptres on each eye, then you'd have to purchase 2 separate packs.

My prescription is -2.75, cylinder -0.75 and axis is 175. You have a choice of 170/180 which should I go for?
