How to select parameters?
Power (PWR/SPH)
Power or sphere refers to the refractive power of the contact lens. Look for a plus (+) or minus (-) sign. Note that an equals sign (=) may be used in place of a minus sign.
- dioptres are for problems with near vision (far-sightedness)
+ dioptres are for problems with distance vision (near-sightedness)
Curvature (BC)
The base curve describes the curvature of the contact lens surface, i.e. how well the lens fits the shape of your eye.
Diameter (DIA)
The diameter is the width of the contact lens (measured in millimeters). It is not recommended to select a new diameter size without first consulting your optician. Diameter impacts the fit, comfort and functionality of your lenses.
Cylinder (CYL)
The cylinder measurement is used for the correction of astigmatism. It is a negative value that corrects curvature of the cornea.
Cylinder Axis (AX)
The cylinder axis measurement is used for the correction of astigmatism. The value ranges from 0° - 180° and determines the exact position of corneal curvature.
Addition (ADD)
Addition is the difference between the dioptric value for distance vision and the dioptric value for near vision. It indicates the magnifying power in multifocal lenses.

Miru 1month Menicon contact lenses are monthly lenses designed to reduce the feeling of dry eyes. Their name is derived from the Japanese word miru – „to see“. Miru lenses feature one of the highest oxygen permeabilities and thanks to the technologies used – MeniSilk and Nanogloss – they provide extra hydration and comfort. Because Miru lenses are made this way, they create a perfectly smooth surface and give improved hydration. This process also reduces the production of both lipid and protein deposits and minimises any settling of bacteria.

Sorry, I am confused. It says 6 lenses in a box? So if that is 6 lenses, then that will be 3 months worth of wearing for both eyes, if they have the same strength, correct?

Apologies for the confusion. Yes, the box contains 6 lenses (3 pairs), and if you have the same parameters for both eyes, it will last you 3 months.
If you have different powers, you will have to order 2 separate boxes.
