The UV filter in contact lenses increases protection of the cornea from dangerous ultraviolet radiation. However, contacts do not cover the entire eye or eye area, so a combination of contact lenses with a UV filter and sunglasses is the ideal protection against harmful UV rays.

Comments about 1-DAY Acuvue Moist Multifocal (30 lenses)
Add a questionI would like to order multifocal, having big problems with vision express, no lenses for 2 months, I have two strenghts for each eye, one is -5 and +1.75 but I am unsure how to input this, there is only one option.
Many thanks
Thank you for your comment.
Please, put your main diopter in the field "power" and the additional diopter in the field "ADD". According to the product details, you should choose medium addition (Medium ADD: from +1.50 to +1.75)
I hope this information will be useful.
Best regards,
Thank you for your comment.
If you are unsure about anything in your prescription, you should contact your eye specialist who will explain the values to you.
We believe that if you have a value of +2.00 listed for the add, you need to choose MEDIUM, for the other eye (+1.25) it will be LOW.
Have a lovely day.
The prescription should be the same when it comes to dioptres, please do keep in my that the base curve and diameter vary over different brands.
If you have the same powers on both eyes, please feel free to order one pack.
Kind Regards.
I only wear a contact lense in my right eye as very little sight in my left. Would these lenses be suitable for me?
Thank you for your comment.
Please contact your optician in order to receive a recommendation on which lenses would be suitable for you.
He/ She should prescribe you a brand or at the very least suggest a base curve and diameter based on which you can choose a brand of lenses.
Kind Regards.
While you do not need to provide us with a prescription, you potentially need one to know which parameters are most suitable for your eyes.
Please note that there is usually a difference between contact lens and glasses prescriptions, so make sure that the optician has issued the correct one before ordering.
Hello Mark,
Thank you for your inquiry.
I would like to ask you whether these values are from a prescription for
glasses or for lenses?
Thank you.
Hello Gail,
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not offer sample boxes of
this type of lenses. I would recommend contacting an optician before switching
to a different brand, as he/ she might be able to offer a sample as well.
Regards.

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE
Hello Lynette,
I am sorry, but I cannot quite understand your prescription for the right
eye: is it for glasses or for contact lenses?
Please get in touch with me at info@lentiamo.co.uk and
give me the complete prescription.
The most important question I have to ask you though is: have you been given
trial lenses from your optician, to be sure you can wear a certain brand and
type of lens?
Best regards, Fabrizio

I'm unsure what to order, please advise if possible.
Hello Lisa,
The only thing I'm not sure about is the ADD, because for these lenses the
Medium corresponds to +1.50 – +1.75, the High is from +2.00 to +2.50.
If you wish to discuss it further, please write to me at info@lentiamo.co.uk
Best regards, Fabrizio

Thank you
Thank you for your message.
For the medium add power range, which includes +1.50 to +1.75, the lenses are designed to accommodate a range of near-vision needs within that interval. Unfortunately, there isn't a specific selection for +1.75 alone, as the medium option covers the entire range from +1.50 to +1.75.
If you specifically need +1.75 add power, I recommend selecting the medium option, as it should meet your requirements within this range. However, if you’re unsure, it may be best to consult your eye care professional to confirm if this would work well for you.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance, and I'll be happy to help!
