Return of goods within 30 days
If you are a Lentiamo customer, you always have the right to return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase, although the law indicates a shorter period, i.e. 14 days.
You can return contact lenses and glasses without having to give any reasons.

Easy and free returns
After you submit your request through the form, our Customer Service will contact you to provide you with a Freepost label via email. The Freepost label contains all the necessary information, such as the return address.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office – find your nearest branch here – and send it.
All the returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order.
The returns are accepted only after receiving a photo confirmation, that the products are not damaged or unsealed.
Should your request meet the policy, we will refund you, create a credit on your Lentiamo account or exchange the goods within 14 days of your order return arriving at our warehouse.
Which products cannot be returned
In the event of withdrawal (i.e. except in the case of a return on grounds of a quality complaint) products may be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged or unsullied, complete with all accessories, if any. Contact lenses may only be returned if the packaging is undamaged, sealed and presents no handwritten markings on the packaging.
