I dropped my sunglasses, and one of the lenses broke. I would like to have it replaced, can you please advise how I do so in the UK. I live in London, and cannot find any information online to get my slense replaced.
I have a pair of Persol 3215 S 1082/56 57#20 with light blue lenses.-

Glasses are considered consumer goods and no spare parts are manufactured for them to be shipped.
The easiest solution is to take the glasses to your nearest optical store and arrange with the staff to have new lenses fitted into the frames. Adding a blue light filter should not be a problem.
